Job summary

Compass Intervention Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. We offer 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am shifts, with a $10,000 bonus for full-time RNs, and a robust benefits package. The center serves youths aged 10–17 dealing with psychiatric, substance use, or dual diagnosis challenges.

Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed, free standing facility that treats children and teens, ages 10 to 17, struggling with a psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorder. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome.
