Good Shepherd Hospice is looking for passionate, dedicated RN to provide End of Life care to patients at home.
Our Hospice RN’s:
TheCommunity Hospice RNis responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.
This position covers Babylon, Copiague, Farmingdale, Levittown, Massapequa, Plainview, Syosset, Wyandanch and the surrounding areas.
USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
