What You’ll Do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care with skill, empathy, and professionalism
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain high standards of care

What You Bring

• Active RN license in the State of Ohio
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
