Job summary

A skilled home infusion nursing agency is seeking motivated and skilled registered nurses for per diem positions throughout New Jersey. Candidates must have at least 1 year of home infusion experience and good peripheral IV skills. This role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling, with opportunities available for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year home infusion experience required.
• Experience with midline, central lines such as PICC and PORT is essential.
• ER/ICU/CCU experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• BLS or ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients in their home.
• Administer IV antibiotics, steroids, TPN, hydration, and other therapies.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Monitor patient status, document care, and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Coordinate with care teams and maintain accurate patient records.

InHome InFusion Care is a highly regarded and skilled home infusion nursing agency looking for motivated and skilled home infusion RN's to service our patients throughout the state of NJ.

InHome InFusion Care is looking for highly motivated and skilled registered nurses with a minimum of 1 year home infusion experience to fill per diem positions currently available in Multiple Counties in NJ. The therapies we specialize in are the following: IV antibiotics, Steroids, TPN, Hydration, IVIG, Biologics, SCIG, Cardiac medication, Chemo and more. The ideal candidate must have good peripheral IV skills along with experience using midline, central lines such as PICC's and PORT's. If you possess these qualities and are a passionate professional looking to provide quality care to patients in their home this position may be for you. We offer competitive pay and flexible hours. Day, evening and weekend opportunities are available.
