Job summary

Pavilion at Creekwood in Mansfield, TX is seeking an RN-Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. We offer 8-hour shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p) for full-time and 12-hour weekend shifts (6am-6pm) for part-time/PRN, with a supportive, collaborative RN team.

As an RN, you will deliver patient-centered care under the Nurse Practice Act, with responsibilities including data collection, nursing judgment, and supervising other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $34.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
