Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing pediatric home care team. Provide dedicated nursing care in patient homes, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered outcomes.

Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and a range of shifts available. Candidates should have an active RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes; prior pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate pediatric home nursing care for diverse cases.
• Manage acuity including G-tube, Trach, and Vent support as required by case.
• Document care and patient data using provided tablet in the home.
• Coordinate with families and local clinicians to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.

We are seeking compassionate nurses to join our growing team and assit with urgent pediatric cases!

At least 6 months of pediatric experience preferred

*Pay Range: $40-52/HR (Specific Case Dependent )

Case specific rates available to discuss upon interview

Full-time weekday shifts needed

Monday-Thursday 9:00am-9:00pm

All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.
