Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Lynchburg, VA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, one-on-one home care for individuals affected by DOE/Nuclear Energy programs. You will work within a mission‑driven, nurse‑led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

You will provide in‑home nursing, develop care plans, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while complying with DOL, CMS, and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
