Job summary

CareCore Health in Westmoreland, Ohio, is seeking passionate nursing professionals to join our team. Deliver high-quality care, including IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration per physician orders and patient care plans.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor changes in conditions, and provide leadership by overseeing and supporting nursing assistants in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus.
• Reliable work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
