Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Lexington, KY to join a dedicated team delivering direct, compassionate patient care in a high‑quality skilled nursing setting. Night shift coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Fri/Sat/Sun includes shift differentials and opportunities for professional growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, documentation, and adherence to all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational and multi‑project management skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining high quality standards.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.

How you Will make a difference
