Job summary

Aviata at Brentwood in Lecanto, FL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, monitor residents, and collaborate with staff to maintain high standards.

This FT Night shift offers 12-hour shifts, overtime opportunities, a PTO program, a 401k match, health/dental/vision coverage, and access to online learning to advance your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Follow facility policies while coordinating resident care with team.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts including assigning work and training new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at Brentwood, a premier healthcare provider in Lecanto, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional person-centered care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
