Alpine Valley Post Acute is hiring an RN to join a 105-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay. Requirements include a PA RN license and valid BLS; strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to support

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician’s plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
