Job summary
Rosewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and participate in high-quality patient care. You will deliver nursing services, monitor residents’ conditions, and coordinate with the care team to maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role emphasizes team leadership, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with physicians
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience in long-term care settings (LTC/SNF/AL/MC) preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts, including mentoring and education.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize resident outcomes.
