Job summary

Benton Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under state regulations and clinical standards, guiding care delivery and ensuring resident and family satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state of practice, has experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC environments, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice required.
• Prior RN experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee resident care and nursing direction during assigned shift; assign staff and monitor performance.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel and collaborate with physicians and other medical staff.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
