Job summary

RiverRidge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, person-centered care in our brain injury program. All shifts including overnight, with a generous shift differential, support short-term recovery and long-term care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You will perform nursing assessments, plan individualized care, administer medications, and ensure effective communication across shifts. A valid nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Change the lives of our patients/residents and at the same time enjoy the rewards of fully knowing your patients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse - RN. You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.

As an RN at RiverRidge, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care while working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. In our specialized brain injury program, you'll support residents across both short-term recovery and long-term care, using strong clinical judgment, communication, and consistency to make a meaningful impact each day.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Base Pay: $43.00-$50.50/hour PLUS Shift Differential up to $7.50 depending on shift!

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification is required
