Reliant-Care-Management-Compan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN day and night shifts. You will assess patient health, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans

• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
