Northland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure high-quality nursing care for residents and to support family satisfaction. You will work within the state Nurse Practice Act, directing nursing care during your shift and mentoring nursing staff.

The role requires active RN licensure, prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and excellent communication skills. A compassionate, energetic personality helps you thrive in a senior care environment.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting new career opportunity. If you are dedicated and compassionate, we want you! As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. You will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
