Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice.
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the nursing and medical team.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare professionals to provide quality patient-centered care.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Support residents and families with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment.
