The Grove Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Jacksonville, IL team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, a $2.00 night shift differential, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Promote resident comfort, safety, and independence.
• Support and mentor fellow nursing staff.
