Elara Caring seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes. You will assess patients, implement plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

You will educate families, monitor conditions, and act promptly when changes occur, contributing to continuous, compassionate home-based nursing care.

Competenze

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
