Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Hutto, Texas. The RN will work collaboratively with staff to deliver compassionate patient care, perform assessments, document observations, and communicate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Shifts available include 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Candidates must be licensed in good standing and ideally have 1+ year of long-term care experience. A reliable means of transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
