Job summary

Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Holyoke, MA, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time or PRN roles. This 84-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility offers daily pay and competitive hourly wages from $40 to $47, with shift differentials included.

RNs will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in MA.
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high‑quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):
