Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer 8-hour evening shifts, multiple employment options (FT/PT/PRN), and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current and active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and a commitment to quality resident care.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes, communicating with physicians.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Coordinate care to promote safety, comfort, and outcomes.
• Document accurately in EHR.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the health team.
• Ensure infection control and nursing standards compliance.

• 8-Hour Shifts

RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at The Greens at Lincolnton, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.

• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.

• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.

• Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented nursing environment.
