Job summary
The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with evening shifts.
As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and document care in our electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
- Current North Carolina RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities and a commitment to quality resident care.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
- Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

As a Registered Nurse at The Greens at Lincolnton, you will:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.
Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented nursing environment.
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
Current and active North Carolina RN license.
