Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join as in-home health care contractors, delivering comprehensive, compassionate care directly to patients in their homes.

You will travel to patient residences, perform assessments, educate families, and administer treatments with precision, while maintaining detailed EMR records and collaborating with the care team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to pass a state & federal background check.
• Malpractice insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home health assessments and personalize care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedules directly with patients according to the plan of care and preferred hours.
• Monitor patient symptoms, report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting in the EMR.
• Communicate with case managers and physicians to ensure a unified approach to care.
• Maintain accurate patient logs and documentation in the EMR.

Pay Range
