Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, one-on-one, in-home nursing care in Harlem, GA. You will work with a nurse-led team dedicated to patient dignity and outcomes, on 12-hour night shifts with alternating weekends.

Compensation is based on experience with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), EAP, and career growth opportunities in home care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of GA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts: Full-Time. 12 hour night shifts with alternating weekends.
