Job summary

STAT Home Health in New Orleans is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise and coordinate patient care in the home setting. You will assess needs, update plans of care, and ensure timely documentation.

You will mentor clinical staff, maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and deliver compassionate in-home nursing. STAT offers an ESOP, competitive pay, and the full benefits package to support your dedication to patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license.
• Minimum 1 year Home Health RN experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
• Complete Oasis, 485, order submissions promptly.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Essential Duties Include
