STAT Home Health in Hammond, LA seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise and coordinate patient care in home settings. You will lead the care plan, mentor clinical staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Louisiana RN license, has at least 1 year of home health experience, and demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong time-management. CPR certification is required; mileage reimbursement is offered.

Qualificações

• Current Louisiana RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year Home Health experience as an RN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits.

Responsabilidades
