Job summary

STAT Home Health in Hammond, LA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health care to patients in their homes or facilities. You will supervise patient care, coordinate the plan of care, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 1 year Home Health experience as an RN
• Current CPR Certification

• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
