Job summary

NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals seeks registered nurses to join our expanding team. We offer FULL TIME positions with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends to support our behavioral health patients.

New hires earn $40–$45 per hour, plus $5 night differential, $7 weekend day, and $10 weekend night. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments; comprehensive medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Indiana RN license or eligibility.
• 1+ year psychiatry/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-demand behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, evaluate and document patient care per policy and regulations.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with shifts and departments to ensure continuity of care.

Overview

We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNS) for all shifts to help us provide life changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs who can work FULL TIME hours only. Shifts are 12-hours and have a rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!

• New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Qualifications

Education: Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing

Certification: Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.

Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferablyin psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience is great, too!
