Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part-time and full-time capacity. You will provide compassionate patient care in a home-like setting for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience (new graduates welcome!).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate commitment to cultural diversity, sensitivity, and inclusivity in all interactions.
