Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse - RN to provide high-quality care to patients and residents. You will perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the nursing team and families, and develop effective care plans tailored to complex diagnoses.

The role includes administering medications, delegating tasks, and coordinating with physicians to improve outcomes while maintaining patient safety and comfort in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-terms patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.

Posted Salary Range

USD $36.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
