Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate in-home care to patients in Goshen, IN. You will follow individualized care plans and work closely with clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time or PRN with day, evening and weekend shifts. Join a nationwide leader in private duty nursing with supportive local teams and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients per care plan.
• Document care electronically using a tablet in the patient home.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
