Job summary

Golden Haven Care Center in Glendale, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time night shifts (NOC) on Saturdays and Sundays. The role involves supervising nursing workflows, administering care, and coordinating with physicians to ensure quality resident care.

Requires active RN license in the United States, BLS/ACLS, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Knowledge of SNF settings and EHR systems is preferred.

Golden Haven Care Center (formally know as Glen Oaks) is looking for a Registered Nurse(RN)! Come join our winning team!

Pay: $50 - $55 per hour DOE

Part Time:NOC (11pm-7am) Saturday and Sunday

Registered Nurse Duties:

• Assist medication and treatment nurses
• Supervise work flow to ensure quality resident care
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Supervisory experience desired but not required
• Experienced RN in SNF setting
