Job summary

Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement individualized treatment plans within a 24-hour skilled nursing facility.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, educate patients and families on disease management, and maintain accurate documentation of care and progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Diploma required.
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
