Job summary

Momentous-Health-At-Sidney is seeking an LPN to join our team at a senior care facility. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality care. This role emphasizes empathy, communication, and dependable nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an LPN is required.
• Experience working with elderly residents preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred.
• Demonstrates empathy and caring for residents in need.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting as needed.
• Report and document incidents thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist physicians during rounds and care planning.
• Provide guidance and training for aides and support staff.
• Demonstrate proficient nursing skills in daily care.

To Qualify as an LPN/RN:

• Current State License as an LPN
