Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night shift (6p-6a) to provide high-quality care in a team-based setting. The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with the care team, and coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes, while supervising CNAs and ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and collaboration to support residents and their families in a community-based LTC environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
