Job summary

Lanessa Extended Care, a 96-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Requires nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Must hold CPR certification.
• Active RN license in the state or in process of obtaining one.

Job Summary

Lanessa Extended Care, a 96-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Pay

$42 to $49 an hour with weekly pay, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials

Shifts

Full-time and part-time openings on 7a-3p and 3p-11p

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident


• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care


• Follow physician's orders and transcribe orders promptly and accurately


• Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness


• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes


• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs


• Administer medication according to procedure


• Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies and Procedures and protect residents' individual health information

Requirements

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing or college


• Must be CPR certified


• Must have a current and active RN license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one
