Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) – Englewood, FL at Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate professional to supervise staff, oversee patient care, and maintain high standards of clinical excellence in a Skilled Nursing setting.

The RN will coordinate with facility staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in shifts, including 12-hour options. A current RN license and SNF experience are preferred; benefits include health insurance, 401k match, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
