Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Current River Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. The RN ensures effective nursing care and compliance with standards, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

You will lead resident care during shifts and coordinate with physicians and nursing staff. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Prior RN experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee resident care during assigned shift; manage staff assignments.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel and collaborate with physicians.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are r esponsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
