What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities include resident care, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

• A passion for working with seniors

• Active, in good standing, RN license in the state of practice
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional appearance and behavior
