Job summary

Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional nursing care in DeKalb, IL. Responsibilities include ensuring effective clinical care and mentoring nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a current, active RN license and have a passion for working with seniors. The position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have an active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
