Job summary

Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing is seeking an RN or LPN to join a collaborative care team in the Danvers area. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and help implement individualized care plans in coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports diverse shifts (days/evenings/nights) and emphasizes accurate charting, patient safety, and ongoing quality improvement in a respectful workplace.
