Lions Rehab Center in Cumberland, MD, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 101-bed skilled facility. You will provide hands-on nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LPNs, and families to ensure resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or Multistate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Follow all policies and procedures of the facility.
• Serves as charge nurses when assigned.
• Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Attends required educational activities and meetings.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Lions Rehab Center, you'll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership.
