The Pavilion at Crescent Lake in Crescent City, FL is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Florida RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and document changes in health status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure proper documentation of resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Uphold facility policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
