Job summary

NHC Maury Regional Transitional Care Center in Columbia, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic care for our geriatric residents. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized care while guiding the care journey with dignity and compassion.

This role emphasizes leadership, advocacy, and coordination of the care team to meet complex needs. New grads welcome; Tennessee RN license is required to join our compassionate, family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN license required.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
