Job summary

Medicalodges is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage, plan, coordinate and perform direct and indirect nursing care according to physician orders and the resident plan of care.

The role includes administering and documenting medications, performing rounds to ensure resident safety and comfort, and supervising direct care staff. Strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills are essential to provide high‑quality elder care in our facilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice nursing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make sound nursing decisions within scope of practice.
• Leadership abilities to supervise direct care staff.
