TK Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Coles County correctional healthcare team in Charleston, IL. You will provide professional nursing care in a secure setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary medical staff.

The role offers competitive pay of $44–$46 per hour plus benefits, including health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, and more. Correctional nursing experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in Illinois.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
