Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
Coordinate and oversee nursing care and services on assigned shift.

Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
Encourage restorative care and resident independence.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
Support and lead nursing staff to maintain quality standards.
Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
