Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
• Coordinate and oversee nursing care and services on assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Encourage restorative care and resident independence.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Support and lead nursing staff to maintain quality standards.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
