The Recruiting Hive is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Casper, WY home health team. You will deliver compassionate in-home care to seniors, coordinating with families and a broader care team to support routines, safety, and comfort.

This role requires an active Wyoming RN license, a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed as part of the per diem shifts.

We are seeking a full time compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
